Air/Sea Operation/ Intern空运/海运操作/实习生
Functional Responsibility
1.Receive booking instruction from CS/OP, and file in the correct information to AS 400 to create the job & HBL
根据客服和操作的要求, 根据托书以及货物新在AS400 系统 输入正确信息建JOB, 生成提单
2.Check the bill of lading with customer in time及时与客户核对提单信息
3.The entry of accounts receivable and payable and check, production costs to confirm the financial billing; The sorting of documents and document filing.
应收和应付费用的录入和核对，制作费用确认单交财务开票；单证及文档的整理归档
4.Complete other matters arranged by supervisor.完成上级所安排的其他事宜。
Personal Capabilities & Education
1.认真细心,善于沟通，有良好的团队协作精神；性格开朗，能承受一定的工作压力；
Be carefully, serious, good communication, good teamwork spirt, open and clear character, can under the strong working pressure.
2.熟悉office办公软件；有良好的英语听说写能力，能独立与海外代理及客户沟通
Familiar with office software, good listening and speaking ability, good communication with overseas agent independently.
3.具有良好的沟通表达能力、很强的服务意识、积极细致的工作态度和强烈的责任感 Good communication skills, strong sense of service, positive and meticulous work attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.

薪资待遇
4-6千/月 ，五险一金，补充医疗等福利。
本岗位接受实习生，实习期结束需转正。实习期内日薪 144元/天（大专）or 168元/天（本科）转正后 4-6千/月 ，五险一金，补充医疗等福利。
