In order to promote the full and high-quality employment of our graduates, and also to build a platform for employers to recruit talents, on October 26, 2022, Logistics School of Beijing Wuzi University, together with Sino S.C.M., held the first talent recruitment fair. The head and staff of the Human Resources Department of Sino S.C.M. were present to communicate with the students of the Logistics School and conduct offline recruitment interviews. As the first activity to develop and maintain the employment market of our college, it marks the official and comprehensive start of the employment work of the 2023 graduates of our college.
The person in charge of Sino S.C.M. Human Resources Department first introduced the specific situation of the enterprise to the interviewees. The person in charge said that Sino S.C.M., as the only third-party logistics enterprise involved in the revision of pharmaceutical and medical GSP regulations, always adheres to the enterprise mission of "protecting human health" and the values of "integrity, professionalism, customer first, safety, efficiency, innovation and excellence" in the pharmaceutical logistics field, We will continue to lead the industry with technological innovation. Subsequently, the interview was conducted in groups, with three students in each groups conducting group interviews and answering questions. After introducing themselves one by one, students conducted one-on-one Q&A and related case analysis group discussion on the development of pharmaceutical enterprises, professional skills expansion, job expectations, organizational optimization and other issues.
Through this interview, Sino S.C.M. Human Resources Department fully communicated with the students, so that the students could understand the current situation and trend of the development of China's pharmaceutical cold chain logistics industry from the perspective of enterprises. It has also built a double choice platform for high-quality employers and graduates of logistics related majors, further promoting 2023 graduates to recognize the current severe employment situation, constantly improve their own quality, and strive to meet new challenges in the best state.
