On June 28, 2024, students from the 2024 SF Express Interest Class of Beijing Wuzi University visited the North China Transfer Center of Beijing SF Express and held a discussion and exchange with the heads of the human resources department at the company's headquarters. The general manager of the North China Transfer Center of SF Express, the heads of the human resources department of Beijing SF Express, and other staff had in-depth exchanges with the students of the interest class.
The students first arrived at the North China Transfer Center of Beijing SF Express. Manager Yang of the transfer center led the students to visit the layout of the transfer center and gave on-site explanations about the warehousing and picking methods, the standardized use of equipment, and the task allocation of personnel in the transfer center.
Subsequently, the students visited the headquarters of Beijing SF Express for further learning. Colleagues from the human resources department introduced the specific arrangements of this SF Express interest class to the students. Mr. Chen Hu, the head of the human resources department, interacted with the students. He shared his career development journey and insights as a graduate majoring in logistics, and also had exchanges with the students on topics such as professional course learning, internships and employment, and workplace soft skills.
