Mr. Fukushima Tatsuo

日通国际物流（中国）有限公司网络事业本部本部长兼陆运事业开发部长

Mr. Fukushima Tatsuo has been serving in NIPPONEXPRESSsince 1988. He has experience working in Information System Center,Domestic Cargo Department, Manager Sales Division, Product Development Division. He was general manager of Automotive Business Development Department, Nippon China in 2017. Since 2018 he has been serving as general manager of Network Division Nippon Express China.

Fukushima Tatsuo先生自1988年入职日本通运后，先后在信息部、国内货运部、销售部、产品研发部任职，2017年担任日通国际物流（中国）有限公司汽车研发部总经理，2018年至今担任网络事业本部本部长。

Etsuo Masudais a professor at Faculty of Distribution and Logistics Systems of Ryutsu Keizai University, Japan. He has been in his current position after engaging in research and development at the Nippon Telegraph and Telephone corporation (NTT). His specialty is information and telecommunications networks and his recent research interest is to enhance logistics and/or distribution systems through applying the latest information technologies.

Etsuo Masuda先生是日本流通经济大学流通与物流系统专业的教授。他结束在日本电信和电话公司（NTT）研发部的任职后来到日本流通经济大学任教。他的专业是信息及通信网络，他近期的研究兴趣是通过应用最先进的信息技术改进物流及流通系统。

Prof. Yuji Yano

Yuji Yano is a professor at Faculty of Distribution and Logistics Systems of Ryutsu Keizai University, Japan. He is also the vice president of the Japan Logistics Society and one of the leaders in logistics research in Japan. In addition, he is now the deputy chairperson of “Study Group on the Comprehensive Physical Distribution Policy in the 2020s” of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. His recent research focuses on innovation in the supply chain through the adoption of new technologies such as AI, IoT, etc., and the challenges of achieving innovation (e.g., digitization of logistics information and standardization of logistics operations).

Yuji Yano先生是日本流通经济大学流通与物流系统专业的教授。他也是日本物流学会的副会长，是日本物流研究的领军人物之一。此外，他现在是日本国土、基础设施、交通和旅游部下属的 "2020年代综合实体流通政策研究会 "的副主席。他近期的研究重点是通过AI、IoT等新技术实现供应链的创新，以及实现创新的挑战（如物流信息的数字化和物流作业的标准化）。

Kosuke Miyatake is an associate professor at Ryutsu Keizai University of Distribution and Logistics Systems of Ryutsu Keizai University, Japan. His research explores consumer logistics network structures such as delivery network of online shopping to reduce inefficiency for last mile delivery. His recent research clarifies the consumer attitudes toward online shopping delivery services and changing relationship between online shopping retailers, parcel delivery and EC delivery service in Japan.

Kosuke Miyatake先生是日本流通经济大学流通与物流系统专业的副教授。他的研究探讨了消费者物流网络结构，如网上购物的配送网络等，以减少最后一英里配送的低效率。他最近研究了消费者对网络购物配送服务的态度，以及日本的包裹配送和EC配送服务。

柳雨彤老师毕业于北京交通大学系统科学理学专业并获得博士博士学位。其研究方向为高铁网络铁路运行的方案优化、路径选择等，曾发表《考虑不确定因素的多模式城市交通网络路径决策》、《A Real-Time Control Method-Based Simulation for High-Speed Trains on Large-Scale Rail Network》等多篇论文，主持并参与中小电商企业的城市共同配送机制与模式研究、区域交通网络化智能诱导控制技术等多个项目。

Doctor LIU Yutong got her doctor’s degree of Science in Systems Science, Beijing JiaoTong University. She focuses in scheme optimization and route selection of high-speed railway network railway operation. She has publishedA Real-time Control Method-based Simulation for High-speed Trains on Large-scale Rail "Network"and other papers, presided over and participated in a number of projects such asresearch on urban joint distribution mechanism and mode of small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises, andregional transportation Network intelligent induction control technology.
